Grief, pain, trauma, anxiety all these things play a big role in how we function on a daily baises. This workshop is all about facing these issues, while learning how they effect the mind, soul and body. Our goal is to teach you how to navigate through these feelings using a variety of healing tools. This workshop is open to everyone.
