We are ready to party again! We had such an amazing time meal prepping with you that we couldn’t wait to do it again! Join us for a fun Friday Salad in a Jar Party! Registration is $30 and you will leave with 5 salads prepared and ready to enjoy, fun refreshments will be provide.

You can register online at www.shakeitoffstudio.com, can be paid in cash at the studio or by sending an E-transfer to lphayes2004@hotmail.com. Space is limited and registration will be close by Thursday May 30th so that we can ensure we have enough product for everyone
