How it works:
Pilates exercises are designed to move the body in all direction. Flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation mobilize the spine and joints. Using the power of the core muscles you work to stabilize as you move your body through a series of exercises. Attention is giving to quality of the movement, not quantity.
