HIIT Stands for High Intensity Interval Training, these classes are designed to get your heart rate up, maximizing the health benefits in a minimal amount of time.

Benefits:

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, with a boost in energy and a serious dose of serotonin each time you leave this class. HIIT Classes are said to allow the body to continue to burn calories up to 2 hours after the class.
